Faith Challenge!
The synod’s
Youth, Young Adult and Family Ministry Team has developed
monthly “Family Faith Challenges,” with an activity for each week of the
month around a monthly theme. Invite members of your family—children,
parents, grandparents, partner, close friends—to walk with you on your faith
journey.

Registration is open for two popular workshops, to be held on two
different dates at two different locations. Lutheran Basics and
How the Bible Came to Be: From Papyrus to iPad will be presented at the
Lutheran Church of the Holy Spirit, Emmaus, on Saturday, March 17,
and at Christ United, Ashland, on Saturday, August 25. For

In December 2010 synod youth leaders decided to make a Facebook page
called God Sightings in the Northeastern PA Synod. On this
page, people are invited to write their stories of where they see God being
active in the community, school, church, or world. Any Facebook member can

15, to raise funds for the restoration of Henry Melchior Muhlenberg's
journals.
